Celebrating fifteen years of Robin Gannon Interiors
As I pause to reflect on the incredible journey of the past 15 years, I’m overwhelmed with a mixture of pride, gratitude, and excitement for what the future holds. Thanks to your support, what began as a dream fueled by a love for design flourished into something far beyond my expectations. This milestone is not only a marker of time but also a testament to the countless moments of creativity and collaboration along the way.
I’ve been blessed with an amazing team – they are worth their weight in gold! I truly believe our success is measured not by the number of projects completed or accolades received but by the relationships nurtured and the lives touched through our work. From the first sketch to the final touch, every space we’ve designed tells a story, and we’ve been privileged to write chapters filled with colors, textures, and light. Looking back, I am struck by the myriad of projects that have challenged us and allowed us to grow and refine our craft. Each space we’ve had the honor to design has taught us something invaluable. Looking ahead, I see endless possibilities for innovation, growth, and deeper connections through design.
Fifteen years ago, I started Robin Gannon Interiors with the goal of helping our clients create the best versions of their homes. That ideal has never wavered. I am thankful for every opportunity to bring visions to life, the lessons (and the laughter!) along the way, and the joy of seeing our creations become the settings for life’s moments.
Thank you for being part of our journey. The best is indeed yet to come!
All my best,
Robin
Design Diaries
This was my very first client! We added all the architecture here — it was one big, wide open space with plastered walls and ceilings. This one big room also had a seating area, a dining area, and a kitchen. So, adding these architectural details allowed each space to set itself apart from the adjacent space.
The color palette for this room started with those drapes – I loved them and thought they had an artistic moment to them. We commissioned the two pieces of artwork because we wanted something impactful and bold. The rug initially belonged to my client's mother. Initially, we weren't going to work with it, but it's silk and so lovely – it's actually one of the pieces I love most in this room! The way the modern elements and solid pieces of furniture with good scale contrast with this very traditional style rug – although I did it all those years ago, this design feels fresh to me.
